Dismal working environment and buggy game engine - Anonymous employee TT Games Employee Review

Uninspiring working environment. Very basic facilities in the office and no scope for training or personal development. The management do not allow any time for training/ keeping up to date. Little scope for creativity. There is a very high turnover of staff but the games are so successful that the managements attitude is "if it aint broke dont fix it".
