The hours are 8 - 4:30 every day so you KNOW when you are working. Stability is good.
Cons
You can ask off for time whenever you need to, BUT you can't make up the time like in retail. You are stuck with 32 hours if you take the day off. Also, there is no room to grow in this company. You are either doing your job or you quit.
