Pros

If you're an Executive or Senior Leadership or work at 880 you have a work life balance, with the emphasis on life! They pay higher than most companies in the area. Some people have flexible PTO depending on role Culture

Cons

If you're an Executive or Senior Leadership or work at 880 you have a work life balance, with the emphasis on life! If you work at 830 and are involved with clinical batches or facilities, your life is TScan and if they think there's a chance someone will say we can't do it, they make you feel quilty. The higher ups don't care if the staff is missing out on holidays with families, vacations, company events. Some people have limited PTO depending on role - seems unfair and was not explained well by HR. Culture - only applies to some it seems, 830 seems to miss a lot of events and no one in leadership really seems to care. Also seems to be 2 very different cultures in the 2 buildings. HR does not seem to care about holding problem employees accountable but instead want to focus on the culture events and adding more management to an already top heavy company.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, also very accommodating work hours and flexibility

Cons

Lack of leadership and direction. The amount of time and money this company wastes is astounding and probably why they had to lay off a third of the company. There seems to be an inner circle that functions only to serve themselves and promote each other. There are people with no technical background in very technical positions simply because they were someone’s friend. Expectations and timelines are non existent or ever changing. Leadership does not know how to communicate or develop their people. Management is rarely in the office or even available. The culture is also very cult like and if you don’t adapt they will find a way to push you out. You never know where you stand and promotions and who they let go seem to be very unpredictable since their not based on merit
