Notice anything about the pros? I'd say they are minimum expectations of a guarding job. TSS at its best is the bare minimum decent. Speaking of minimum, that leads to our first con, the rate of pay. All the stores I guarded for, from the nice stores to the far less nice stores where I received near constant threats were all minimum wage. On that note, so many stores are a nightmare to guard for. Do you like being constantly threatened by members of the public? Do you like 'colleagues' forming cliques and excluding you because you're 'just security'? Do you like being considered the best guard a store has because you aren't a pervert of creep? No, who would like those things. Yet that is what most stores are like to guard for. Also, have fun being always on call, whether it is your day off, a holiday, or you are off sick, doesn't matter to TSS.
