Great patient volume and diversity. Affiliated with best hospitals in town, wonderful office facilities
Cons
They care nothing about their physician employees. You are expendable in a heartbeat, particularly if you don't see eye to eye with "Leadership". You must adapt to the Kaiser culture. Very cost conscious environment. I never felt needed or valued.
