And beyond simply the pay, we strive to afford everyone at TSP a healthy work/life balance. We try to benchmark our benefits each year against not only our geographic footprint, but also our industry. For some background, we have structured our benefit plan as a high deductible plan but with extremely low premiums. The thought around this is premiums come out every paycheck regardless of if an employee is sick. Deductibles are only incurred when there is a need. Just like car insurance, the higher the deductible, typically the lower the premium and vice-versa. We know that being remote presents it's own set of challenges, especially during and post-pandemic when many companies have seen the benefits of allowing employees to remain remote; however, we know that what works for one does not work for all. The vast majority of our employees are at our customer sites, and often times that can be solo or with only a handful of other individuals. Trying to maintain a close-knit culture during a pandemic has been a challenge not just for us at TSP but businesses in general and it is something we're still working towards rectifying for the betterment of everyone.
