TSP Response
7yHello and thanks for taking the time to provide your perspective on your time and experiences with us at TSP. We value honest and insightful feedback tremendously, and you touched on some aspects of TSP work that we continually strive toward, including flexibility for our #TSProckstars.
Like many companies, we're not immune to earned constructive criticism. In fact, we welcome it. You mentioned our management structure being "disorganized" — your situation may reflect that, but given the anonymity of Glassdoor reviews, it's difficult to tell. But after our company-wide reorganization in January 2018, we've actually seen more of the opposite. Roles and expectations are defined and communications have improved. We always encourage our employees to have conversations with their managers — one of our company values is "Real Conversations Are Welcomed" — we mean it.
Additionally, we offer a broad range of free continuing education for our employees via Rockstar U available on CSC (our company intranet) — everything from personal development to technical certifications — all completely free for employees. It's true that some positions at client locations do not inherently offer well-defined avenues for progression in that specific role, but given the ease of access to free development tools offered, there's nothing standing in the way of opening new doors with TSP — we strongly encourage all to do so — not only does it help to support our partners, but it helps to further develop our employees.
Thanks again for your service to the company!
