      Pros

      The pay is decent, coworkers are generally nice.

      Cons

      There are way too many managers all bickering for no reason. Lots of long and unnecessary meetings, 50~60 hour work weeks. There is no overtime. Several departments are on-duty for Saturdays.

      Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona
