      Great manager. Semi-flexible hours. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Some products lines are far more difficult than others to support and troubleshoot. There is an extremely long learning curve due to complexity of some product lines and expectations to be able to support those products.

      The pay could be much better. The commute is too far. Can't keep a material handler for very long.
