Pros
This is a straight forward job. You follow the Standard Operating Procedures and do what you are told to do and there are no problems. The job is easy, fast paced and you get to wear a uniform so no picking out what you have to wear every day.
Cons
Things are changing constantly without warning. One supervisor is completely different from the other. There is no consistency. They do not treat you like a person, you are just one of the ones working there. Many are promoted because of favoritism and "in the club" mentality. The passengers are fine for the most part, the coworkers with bad attitudes are a night mare. As long as you look at each person as they have never flown before, and don't mind repeating yourself over and over, it's a good fit. Hours are non negotiable. They are what the airport has designated at that's it.
