If you have a bachelor's degree or higher there are really no professional career tracks for people with degrees. You will have to work in a highschool environment where everyone sleeps around with each other. Be prepared for stagnant pay and career growth. If you have student loans and is trying to get into another federal agency your best bet is to apply to other agencies. If you come to TSA to start a federal career you maybe stuck in a dead end job for years before another agency will give you an opportunity and even that is not a guarantee.
