Pros
They are very open to switching shifts. As long as your hours are covered, they don’t mind. If you’re looking for a full time job, your 40 hours are secure.
Cons
As a new hire you get stuck working odd hours of the night/early mornings. You will no longer have holidays or weekends off. And because there are so many people working there, you will butt heads with the leadership (leads, supervisors, management) and other officers. Pay is very low considering the pace of the job and the challenge of working with passengers that are rude and disrespectful.
