Pros
I have worked for the TSA for about nineteen years. One year as a LTSO. My co-workers in the leadership role have and continue to be supportive. You quickly learn to make decisions weather right or wrong. My co-workers in leadership have been supportive and encouraging based upon your personal /professional relationships.
Cons
Perhaps it took me more than a decade to get promoted however never give up. Prove yourself with your work ethic, attitude, and energy. Your attendance and moral will change and someone will notice. DO NOT BE COMPLACENT. MOVE UP OR MOVE OUT.
