Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are an organization that is committed to continuous improvement and responding to feedback from our associates. Many of the recent changes in tools, technology and processes were made in response to feedback and ideas submitted by our associates in the field via our TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS). In addition to the TIPS program, one of our core initiatives for the year is centered around improving work for our field based associates and systematically reduce daily frustrations. We strive to support each of our associates in career growth at TRIMEDX.
People are at the center of everything we do at TRIMEDX and we believe it’s important for every associate to feel heard. We would encourage you to utilize the reporting methods available, as you feel comfortable:
• Speak with your immediate manager
• Reach out to a member of Human Resources
• Speak with a member of leadership
• File a report via the Integrity Hotline (information available on our internal Snap site)
Although we do not have an HR person at each site, an HR contact is assigned to each region. If you are uncertain who the contact is for your site, please submit a HR ticket in Service Now.
