Pros
Good pay (but this is one of those places that absolutely proves money isn't everything). Good insurance (you'll need it from the stress)
Cons
Constantly moving goal posts. Micro management at the highest level. As in every movement of every second of every day. Ego driven management. Everyone hates each other. Snitch-to-get-ahead culture. Idea theft / stealing credit is rampant, if you end up working here, share nothing with no one. They're all snakes. High turnover. Sure the pay is good, but the amount of garbage you have to put up with heavily outweighs the little bit of extra money.
