CEO badly into micro-management No strategic vision or thinking of the top management, company running on a day to day basis and every little issue is escalated to the top management Very Pakistan focused, being a technology company that has met some regional success as well, their approach does not show any interest to go beyond Pakistan borders Employees often face burn-out situations due to work stress, some employees (who are held in good standing by management) are given most of the work to do and end up getting frustrated and leave the company
