Pros
Good for freshers/early stage careers Always plenty of work on the plate to be done Good learning experience Employees are really cool and supportive (or you can put it as all are equally frustrated with work culture and management)
Cons
Only one day weekly rest Pay is really low compared to market standards Unnecessary provoking to prove that you worked for 8 hours(Jira, status update, punch in and out and god knows what else) and salary deduction incase of failure. Too much pressure to complete task with really short deadlines No job security No proper appraisals/rewards Odd working hours (Basically one ends up all the time in office itself, no social or family time left after that) Weird clauses in offer letter.
