Better job security and lots of chances for to upgrade in e-learning platforms. The brand itself gives an 'ace in your pocket' feel
Cons
Less pay, you are not informed about your variables, you cannot negotiate your salary, they always have backups. There is no bonus system established as of yet. More work hours (12+). It doesn't feel like a TATA brand.
