Pros
-We can work from home if your location allows it -Equipment is provided -If you meet your goals consistently you can move up quickly -You can get bonuses -Supervisor's get to plan their day how they want as long as you are getting your work done. -Advisor's get volunteered time off, and overtime. -If a client pulls a contract from Teleperformance, they don't let you go they just find another position for you in a different line of business.
Cons
-As an advisor you can take no more than 6 days off other wise you have to go on LOA -As an advisor schedules are always changing so you have to be willing to change your schedule multiple times or just be willing to adapt to it. As a supervisor not as much. -As a supervisor you have to be willing to get new team members every 3 months as they progress to another department. So basically when you get your groove of coaching them and you start meeting your goals you have to start over with new people, so that can be challenging. -As a supervisor there is so much work that you have to really manage your time wisely, to get your work submitted in a timely manner. It can be overwhelming at times.
