Pros
If there is something positive, it is because they are required to do so by law. If it were up to them, it wouldn't be either.
Cons
If you are reading this, you are probably thinking about an offer from Teleperformance. I worked for them for four years, so you can trust me when I recommend you to forget it. I'm sure that you will find a better workplace. If you don't accept this advise from me, just remember when you receive your two months-long contract. Or you are sitting in the hangar on the production floor in Piraeus. Or when you're travelling on the stinky, dirty green metro to there or back at night. Or when they are lieing to your face about literally anything. Or when you are counting the secs left in your break in order to arrive back in time. Or when you are eating under minutes in your break or when you don't eat, because it's weekend, but you are working and you can't buy anything. Or when you are trying to ask a transfer to a different project but unfortunately you can't. Or when you are handling cases on a different language, not only on that one you hired for. Or when they are changing the bonus rules so unfortunately you won't reach the limit. Or when you are planning something in your free time, but you don't know your schedule three days before the next month. Or when you can't go on day off or sick leave. No Easter, no Christmas, no New Years's Eve, but you will get a voucher. Probably. Or not either.
