The other one straight out lied to 50 people on a general meeting, "our prediction is that our client is requiring less hours" (meaning there won't be enough work for agents/fired) and when asked what is their prediction/ how many hours we're providing/ how much will the client cut/what is the timeframe for this cut? She just circled around and said with a straight face "I do not have these numbers and answers" (the whole meeting was to discuss these number's impact on our operation). If she didn't have the exact data, there would be no point on warning 50 people that might be fired soon as a "preventive" thing
