Pros

"Unlimited" overdone during peak season, random bonuses, new building, great starter job, ok training, easy. You can basicly wear anything including stripper clothes.

Cons

This is the old Aegis Communications. As the title says Teleperformance is the old company with a new coat of paint. It is very unorganized, 9.5-10/hr, $5 grift cards for working the hell out of you, bonuses that are almost impossible to get, management is LAZY, there is enough alloyed time for training but the systems were almost always down, Yhey will find any reason to fire you during "wrap down", did I say unorganized, ironically managemt has poor communication skills, promote based of nepotism, turnover rate is astronomical, bathrooms are disgusting despite their efforts to keep it clean, ghetto, fist fights may break out while your on a call behind you, they havr had so many security breaches you have to strip your water bottle and I hear medal detector are coming soon, MICROMANAGED, your every move is watched, slow progression... I could go on but in going to stop. Your beats hopes is to one day become a trainer or hope you can climb up the cooprate latter but you'll be hated then. Did I forget the constant DRAMA! Even managers fighting with agents. It's sad.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
