Pros

If you are looking for a company to develop your skills and with accelerated growth I believe this is the best place to start or develop your career. I took this as one of my first "temporary" jobs but got so engaged seeing all the development possibilities. This company gives you tons of real-life education and challenges as we operate in a high performance environment. There is an amazing talent pool and we really have fair opportunities regardless of your background, professional career, etc.

Cons

-Salary yearly increases for everyone are a MUST in almost every global company, but that does not happen in TP, it always depends on several variables and is not consistent. -Benefits are not standardized across leadership positions in the same level. -Due to its accelerated growth its starting to lose the people centric focus (though there are several initiatives to maintain it) -Needs to work on improving real work-life integration/balance. Leadership tends to be very stressed out and never seems to have enough time. -Bureaucracy has increased tremendously in the past few years and the company needs to become much more agile.

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
