Pros

There are a few fun events a year like the Kona Ice truck and the occasional free food which is nice and brings management and agents in closer proximity to have relaxed conversations. I am really grateful for my supervisors as they fight to get my requested days off honored. The pay is fair but you have to continually check amounts to make sure that it's correct. There is quick advancement if you show some resemblance of being competent but know that they will take it from you when they no longer need you or would prefer a friend to be in that position.

Cons

Communication is rough on all levels of management one day a supervisor will say one thing and then higher management will come by later that day or the next and say the opposite before you know it you'll receive a right up. Another thing that brings down the atmosphere/moral is the motto of our ACM that is "you're replaceable" and "availability over ability". So if those ring true in your heart then this is the place for you. Please know that if you like instability with your schedules and have your pay check amount be a mystery in addition to"holiday pay" not being what they told you it would be then welcome to the team.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
