I have not had one accurate paycheck since starting with this company. I began reporting these inaccuracies to a hotline that is essentially a call center that does not document conversations in their entirety. The call center then reports the information to HR and you, or may not, be contacted. There is no direct contact with HR unless they contact you. My first request to management to speak with HR was redirected to an office admin in lieu of HR while I was advised that the admin WAS HR. I had to submit multiple tickets during my time off (I work graveyards and no one is available during my working hours), and many of them were closed before anyone spoke with me. After multiple requests for explanations of my paychecks, I have been left on graveyards indefinitely as what I can only see as punishment for my frustration as many new hires have since joined and been placed on days even though I was told I’d be moved to days approximately four months ago and then again last month. In addition, the “payroll” number listed on the company paychecks for any inaccuracies redirect you to the call center. The company puts its employees in a position to be helpless if they just don’t feel like dealing with the issues.
