Pros

Some good people. Unfortunately they’ve been brainwashed to believe the workplace is not toxic.

Cons

If you work at corporate you will be doing the job of 2-3 separate people. I decided to leave and found a new job that pays $40k more a year for way less work. The corporate structure is completely disorganized, I’ve had to coach many people how to do the basics of their job several times. Suggested improvements to efficiency are ignored and discouraged. I was regularly told when I provided feedback that “the culture here is never going to change, you have to accept it or move on”. The culture is toxic. Higher ups are treated like royalty. Everyone below them gets berated and overworked. Don’t believe the dishonest hype. I will never consider working for Teleperformance ever again. They are constantly hiring, but refuse to pay a living wage. Then they wonder why they can’t hire anyone.

Flexibility working remotely and the team is always there to help out.

Cons

The scheduling is not at par at this time, cos I would like to work part time.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
