Pros

The pay is decent. They have flexible schedules. They offer bonus Acknowledge good customer service sometimes

Cons

They advertise 19 an hour but it is really 15 an hour and if you get the max bonus, it can equal out to 19 an hour. The benefits are horrible. No paid holidays and they reject most day off requests even if you have vacation time and schedule it 90 days in advance. They don't honor doctor notes. People have been fired because of missed time due to them being in the hospital. Too much micromanagement. Your paycheck can sometimes have incorrect amount and is handled by company overseas. Watch out if you are looking at the Richmond location. Will be leaving company soon.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
