In my experience, the work environment lacked psychological safety. I experienced exclusion and isolation, and there were limited opportunities to be involved in meaningful or impactful roles. But over time, I realized that I was actually growing. I was often asked to explore new technologies and build POCs (Proof of Concepts). Initially, I felt it was unreasonable and overwhelming. But looking back, those experiences pushed me out of my comfort zone. I gained exposure to modern tools and frameworks that many other developers in typical software houses might not get to touch. Compared to other companies where developers often get stuck building CRM or accounting software repeatedly, TOGL offers more variety and challenge. It’s a good place if you enjoy experimenting and being hands-on with different tech.

TOGL is a place that pushes you to grow. It may feel overwhelming at first, but if you’re a developer who enjoys learning, experimenting, and staying updated with new technologies, this is a rewarding environment. Just be prepared to put in the effort—there’s no room for complacency here.
