      Good miles, good sign on bonus, great communication, no touch freight, several terminals to stay at

      Cons

      Slip seating the trucks always left dirty and other drivers don't report safety and maintenance issues with former truck. They leave it for the next driver to deal with. And the Benefits NOT so good! Huge turnover rate
