Pros
*Their insurance options were good--medical, dental and vision. *Maternity leave benefits were good (by word of mouth) *A lot of really great co-workers (i.e. the minions)
Cons
*Work is mind numbing *Mid and upper level management does not practice open or honest communication with underlings despite an "open door policy" *Attendance policy is strict and leaves no room for flexibility for whatever reason. (A policy better suited for a maufacturing/manual labor type of environment, NOT a skilled work force) *Management is not interested in leveraging their employee's strengths. It is a "fall in line" culture. *Questions and critical thinking/suggestions are not looked kindly upon: management labels those who ask challenging questions as uncooperative. *Company's adherance to largest contract (with a huge, international aerospace company) is questionable.
