No manager on site just a crazy co worker who is the lead and never takes sick leave for the last 30’years… AND SO FAR HAS NOT TAKEN VACATION YET SND ITS NOVEMBER.
Cons
Bad pay, no Cost of living, maybe a quarter raise nothing special… They can let you go anytime, no union. They treat workers horrible no achievement award. Nothing….
