Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your acknowledgement of our generous benefits. We hope that the addition of the suggestion box and biannual employee engagement survey have assisted in improving the communication gap that might have existed between management and employees. The telecommuting and remote option is available to nearly all positions within TMF.

Pros

Cons

This is the worse job I’ve ever accepted in my entire life. They MICRO MANAGE!! And you can BARELY meet production because there is little to no work. They fire people monthly under the guise of “poor performance” to avoid paying unemployment and the supervisors are very clicky and passive aggressive in communication. You are harassed outside of work hours via your personal cellphone and they watch your start times and end times like a hawk even though the job is “salaried”. The pay is VERY POOR and the expectation is for you to work beyond 40 hours with no incentive. So not worth the headache, please RUN don’t walk!
