Freedom and independence. Nice long-term client base. Good reputation int he industry. Good people to work with, nice surroundings, generous benefits. Flexible work environment.

No collaborative effort, micromanagement from top level execs on unimportant things and very little direction or management on more important issues. No established best practices.
