Pros

Team spirit. Some nice people to hang out after work

This is the worse company I have worked for so far. They have a very negative attitude. In many cases I have whitnessed either myself or others being bullied and it was not surprising seeing people left the office in tears. Management doesn't care about employees, they are increasing volumes of clients without increasing the size of the team resulting in long days. Overtime is only paid when management specifically approve it. Despite some positive memories with the team the overall work experience was unpleasant and I would not reccomment TLS to anybody. A good example for the things mentioned above is the fact that in the beginning of 2018 a total of 15 new people were hired and in the same time 17 left. This was positively received by the CEO, being less then expected.

They treat clients in awful ways but they are very nice to themselves
