We have heard the feedback about compensation, and while we have made significant improvements in the past year, we are continuing to work with each team to strategically plan increases in a sustainable manner. Along those same lines, as we grow, we need to ensure that we have the right number of people on each team to serve our clients.
With respect to your comment about management, we are incredibly proud of the entire team we have at TLC. That being said, the leadership team is incredibly open to feedback and open to change and we would love to hear how we can serve you better. You are always welcome to come speak candidly with your leader, the P+C team, or come chat with our CEO, Mike Nunn. Additionally, we have our anonymous eNPS survey that is launched quarterly where you can share candid feedback anonymously.
With respect to the survey, I'd love to take this opportunity to share some data/insights from our Quarterly eNPS survey so that people reading this review can get some better insights into how our team at TLC feels. Since we launched our Quarterly eNPS survey in April of 2022 our score has increased from +27 to +50 (and our lowest participation rate was 73%. To put those scores into context a good score according to our survey provider is +10 to +30 and above +30 is considered excellent. While a +30 may be excellent to some, we have our sights set on a +90 score. These surveys also breakdown the comments of what people like/don't like and since October of 2022 leadership/management has consistently ranked in the top 5 likes.
