      Pros

      There are some great co workers. Pretty good hours for a nurse. Had a decent 401 k match. Co workers are team players.

      Cons

      Not giving you your full time hours often. Pay was much lower than normal. No respect from management. You felt like you meant nothing to them. No opportunity to climb higher in career.

      Excellent communucation skills with patient and insuramce companies

      Cons

      Not delegating job duties. I would complete other employees job duties if a busy day.
