Pros

Opportunities for growth and leadership. Every day brings something new and there is never a dull moment! Bonuses, Bonuses, Bonuses !!! We have a strong and hilarious team. I get to serve a purpose ( helping people solve problems fulfills me).

Cons

We’re growing, which occasionally brings growing pains, but I’m excited to be part of the progress. Really, it’s hard to find anything negative. I’m grateful to be part of a company that supports and challenges me at the same time.

Pros

Amazing benefits (Pay- PTO) Upper management cares and is always trying to be innovative to make TLC a fun place to work at. I feel respected and valued as an employee. They are there every step of the way but also give you the freedom to do your job. I am very happy with my TLC family.

Cons

Not TLC- but every day is different and super busy! Time management is a must if you want to succeed in the industry.

Pros

Started out great but didn’t last

Cons

No rent discount Lower commissions compared to anyone in area You will hear a lot of gossip and made up stories and you can try to ignore it but you will be then added to stories later in and possibly reprimanded on he said she said. Won’t focus on leasing and move ins or property problems will focus on tracking teams conversations with peers, your emails, listening to your calls trying to find anything wrong or you left out. Will verbally yell at you if you messed up will talk to you like you’re a child dispute how long you’ve been in business and age. This is coming from corporate btw. Starting wage for leasing with experience in Chicago is $24 will hire you for less if they can
