Pros

It was a job that paid money

Cons

Owner/CEO does not lead or manage employees, very selfish person who thinks he is the smartest person in the room, refuses to consider industry best practices and completely makes up company financials when bidding for work. Has no regard for employees personal time and requires them to stay on the job through weekends and vacations till he eventually gets around to approving their work product, never could predict when he would stop his personal life to focus on what he tasked you to perform.

Pros

I had a great experience working for TJFACT. I was an Administrative Analyst working at the CDC. TJFACT recognizes you for great work and will reward you.

Cons

I did not have any bad experiences with this organization.

Pros

None. They cut pay, tried to increase our out of pocket on benefits by triple, don't offer a vision plan like a VSP (it's a 20% off discount program), cut out a third of our vacation and didn't want to fix it, they count weekends as vacation days, and when provided with ways to fix the issues even the CEO turned a deaf ear towards staff.

Cons

We experienced major cuts to pay, lost a third of our vacation, lost all of our PTO (which we fought for and only got half back), and the worst was a huge increase (350%) to our cost of benefits that the entire team pushed back on. The CEO made the statement that "he went back to the insurance provider to renegociate that rate". No you didn't, not for a couple dozen people. Just be honest and say you paid more on the employer side. This isn't the first contract they have horribly messed up. We watched them do the same to a vetting and background investigation contract, and they were told once the contract was finished that they will not be considered for that contract in the future.
