Pros
Get to meet great people. Job is very diverse. Aside from a few bad customers, a majority of them are very nice and friendly. Your regular customers basically become your family.
Cons
Lack of hours, can't grow within the company, management shows favoritism towards certain associates, their open door policy doesn't work, management gossip about associates, management don't communicate with each others.
