Pros
The extensive training was amazing they really train you thoroughly on LP procedures that you're able to use anywhere else for a Mgr position.
Cons
The upper management can be a bit catty. If you aren't on their favorite list then you can forget about a promotion. They will fire you quick if they can't cover up your mistake it's better to cut their losses than to be sued. If you don't negotiate your pay rate you will find out that someone with less experience than you is getting paid way more than you so make sure you NEGOTIATE ! They want you to be entirely flexible !
