They don’t have a proper training system. Have to learn on the go. So training is not good. However, they expect you to learn all the ins and outs in HOURS. If you don’t know how to handle some things ( that have not been properly explained to you) then you get publicly humiliated by some management people by using rude tone of voice, rude comments. In front of the customers and the colleagues. Very unfair and unprofessional. Plus the pay is terrible! Very active, stressful job, verbal insults for just some bucks.
