Pros
Until October 2013 everything was great! In October 2013 the business was sold to a group of Hairdressers. The clientele is sweet and are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Since October 2013: Employees are required to attend mandatory meetings twice a month without pay. Schedule is inconsistent and forever changing. Very High turn over of employees. One of the owners works as a supervisor and she taxes the tips of employees. Yes, employees are asked to share their tips with the employer!
