Great access to management. Tremendous culture of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
Cons
Perhaps not optimal for people who prefer a top-down, authoritative approach to task management

Cons
I had a bad experience working at TIM group. I believe this experience was mostly due to a very unstructured training program. I felt as though I was never given focus and direction. I was expected to do a bunch of unrelated tasks all at once. I found myself in many situations where no matter what I did, someone would be disappointed. Those above me did not get along and would tell me to do conflicting things. I was often very stressed at work. I felt like I was bullied almost everyday and made to believe I wasn't intelligent enough to do my job. I also felt that I was bullied into leaving.
