Pros
- Career plan. Got 3 promotions in 3 year. Very satisfied. - Benefits. I miss the mobile cell phone employee plan and the health insurance. - Made friends for life in there.
Cons
- Salary got low comparing to the market after my promotions. HR only allows 25% of increase per year. - Worked too hard when there were people doing nothing. But I don't know if it's a cons. Maybe that was the reason I got promoted and had my career growth so quickly.
