Pros

Everything, this was the role that allowed me to be the woman who could manage teams, deliver on-time assets and build according to the word they gave, "artists first". We created excellent content and managed remotely what teams wouldn't. We resurfaced shows, greelit pilots, and made friends who would not have been apart of our walk if it had not been for the role.

Cons

No cons, they were all learning. I wish I wouldn't have lied to my manager about my social media platform and blocking them. That defamed my character because I tried to spare their feelings versus being honest.

Pros

remote work is great, some fun benefits within music, like access to shows

Cons

no direction, company totally on life support with no vision. lay offs seem to hit women primarily. lots of gossip.
