Good and bad - Director TIAA Employee Review

Subpar senior management is only focused on keeping their jobs and perks. No strategic leadership of any kind. Vicious internal politics. Top management gets their roles through politicking rather than on merit. While the company has excellent benefits, they aren't interested in employee training or developing employees to be future leaders.
