Pros
Decent pay compared to other financial services opportunities in area. You can climb the ladder and advance to other opportunities pretty quickly but you can lose everything quickly as well just by one bad encounter with senior management.
Cons
Environment is very good ole boy network, women in management roles have no business running a company which is too bad because there are many women out there with much more talent and credibility. You can rise quickly only to fall flat on your face at the company because there is no trust in management and political structure. Management is incompetent and if only the directors were chosen more carefully the managers would be held to higher standards......
