Pros
Call Center Management is good and although everyone is overworked they are supportive. Call Center VP is in touch with what needs to be done to fix things, it just takes so long to get it fixed.
Cons
More managers than leaders. Some old school managers in some parts of the company need to move on. hard to get decisoins made.
