They've got a nice building. The workers like the janitors, engineers, security guards, those who make the building run are the salt of the earth.
Cons
Management was insensitive.Unfortunately the engineers, the janitors, the security guards, and those who make the building run are treated by those who manage them like they're not valuable to the company. And assistants to lower managers are treated the same way. One woman who had been with the company for twenty years and whose husband was one of the head engineers was walked out by her boss who was a stupid egomaniac who used big words clumsily.
