Pros
Do very nice work for some top clients. Decent equipment with some machines being excellent. Some very knowledgeable and supportive managers from VP level and down. Pay is average. You'll do best if you keep your mouth shut and just do as your told.
Cons
Lack of direction, focus and consistency amongst owners and president. A very political environment with lots of backdoor manoeuvring. Support for anything, or anyone, wavers from day to day.
